Tsotyli is a beautiful historic town in Western Macedonia, built amphitheatrically on the slopes of Mount Askio (Siniatsiko), at an altitude of approximately 850 meters. It is located a short distance from Neapoli Kozani, Kozani, Kastoria, Grevena, Siatista, and Florina. During the 18th and 19th centuries, it was an important commercial and intellectual center of the region, with flourishing activity and a strong presence of benefactors who supported education and social development.

Our Services

Elderly Care Unit
We provide permanent accommodation for elderly individuals with personalized care, medical and pharmaceutical monitoring, and daily support from specialized staff. The environment is friendly, family-oriented, and fully tailored to the needs of each resident.
Short-Term Stay
For families who need temporary rest or are absent for a few days, we offer the option of short-term stays with all the amenities our facility provides.
Assisted Living
We offer specially designed assisted living apartments, allowing residents to maintain their independence safely, while having immediate access to support and services whenever needed.
Model Day Center
For individuals who do not reside in the facility, a Day Center operates with creative activities, exercise, care, and social interaction — ideal for daily engagement and empowerment.

Summer Camps for Seniors

1) Do you accommodate both women and men?
Our facility offers rooms for both men and women.
2) Do you accept all types of cases?
3) What is the cost of accommodation?
The cost of accommodation depends on the resident’s health condition, the cost of medications, incontinence supplies, the type of room, the length of stay, and other related factors. Our philosophy is to provide the highest standard of care at highly competitive rates, with no hidden or unexpected charges.
4) Do you provide daily physiotherapy and psychological support?
We provide daily psychological support and organize a variety of ongoing activities both within and outside the facility. Individualized as well as group programs are offered (morning and afternoon), promoting social interaction among our residents with great respect and a strong sense of responsibility.
5) What types of rooms do you offer?
Our facility is state-of-the-art, fully equipped, and can accommodate residents in single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms. The building has a total area of 2,000 sq.m. within a 10,000 sq.m. estate, featuring landscaped outdoor areas and common living spaces. The rooms include large balconies with unobstructed views of the sea and the mountains.
6) Do you provide daily medical monitoring?
Yes, daily medical monitoring is provided by a pathologist, along with collaboration with external physicians of all specialties. We maintain both digital and physical records containing all medical and nursing information regarding the resident’s health progress, to which family members have access so they can stay informed at all times.
7) Do you accept residents from distant locations?
We welcome elderly residents from all parts of Greece and abroad; however, priority is given to serving individuals from the wider local area.
8) Are you contracted with EOPYY?
Our facility does not currently have a contract with any public organization for the coverage of accommodation costs.
9) What happens if a resident needs to be transferred to a hospital?
If a resident is transferred to a public or private hospital, our facility is not responsible for the course of their health or their medical and nursing care during hospitalization. However, in the interest of the resident’s well-being, we maintain continuous communication with the attending physicians and hospital staff. We also provide necessary consumables and prescribed medications, and we visit the resident regularly to ensure they receive the psychological support they need.
10) Do you offer laundry and personal care services?
Our facility covers all daily needs of our residents, including laundry services, hair care, manicure–pedicure, and overall personal care.
11) What are the visiting hours?
Visiting hours at our facility are flexible and visits can take place on any day and time of the week. Additionally, family members have the option to take their loved ones out for a walk or outing for a few hours.
